Greetings and salutations, future cadavers. This is Professor Maladori, and I would like to take a moment to thank certain members of the listening audience. You know who you are: the complainers, the whiners,the mewlers, those of you who never express any modicum of satisfaction no matter how hard the Davenports work, slaving away over a gramophone to bring you this gratuitous radio show.
I just wanted to say, thank you. You are my people. Thank you for your continued dissatisfaction. Your unending malcontentment has been steadily eating away at the Davenport’s’ feelings of self worth and happiness. Soon they will be battered, broken husks.
And then we can begin the experimentation.
So, any of you misguided, delusional individuals that may appreciate all the time, toil and money the Davenports sink into this podcast, please, whatever you do, don’t let them know. Don’t support the show, don’t send them emails, to clockworkcabaret@gmail.com, and for god’s sake, never, EVER send them any kind of donation. Even a dollar would be validation enough to keep them elated for months. And we certainly can’t have that.
